The „Bremer Werk“ of the Siemens AG is founded on the area of the former „Lloyd Motorenwerke“ (car factory) as a  "prolonged workbench" of two Berlin factories („Dynamowerk“ and „Schaltwerk“)
1966
The production of small transformers is shifted from Nuremberg to Bremen
1967
The concentration of the production of fans from different locations in the plant now called „Bremer Werk" starts
1969
The „Bremer Werk" of the Siemens AG gets independent as the European manufacturing facility for fans and transformers up to 2000 kVA
1991
The separate manufacturing and marketing activities are brought together, a business segment for wound components and fans arises
1994
MD sets up a production in Trutnov for serial and standard products
2000
The logistics for standard products < 35 kg is submitted to the delivering center Amberg (LZA) step wise
2004
mdexx Magnetronic Devices was created on 1st October 2004 from what had been the Siemens AG Magnetronic Devices Division.

Start of assembling fans in the factory in Suzhou (CN) of Siemens Electrical Apparatus Ltd.

Beginning of assembling reactors and transformers at the new location in Tianjin (CN)

Start of production of transformers and reactors in Tianjin (CN)

Siemens is selling the mdexx Magnetronic Devices business to a consortium of investors from CGS Management (Switzerland), CRG Capital (USA/Austria) and the mdexx management
