- The „Bremer Werk“ of the Siemens AG is founded on the area of the former „Lloyd Motorenwerke“ (car factory) as a "prolonged workbench" of two Berlin factories („Dynamowerk“ and „Schaltwerk“)
- 1966
- The production of small transformers is shifted from Nuremberg to Bremen
- 1967
- The concentration of the production of fans from different locations in the plant now called „Bremer Werk" starts
- 1969
- The „Bremer Werk" of the Siemens AG gets independent as the European manufacturing facility for fans and transformers up to 2000 kVA
- 1991
- The separate manufacturing and marketing activities are brought together, a business segment for wound components and fans arises

- MD sets up a production in Trutnov for serial and standard products

- The logistics for standard products < 35 kg is submitted to the delivering center Amberg (LZA) step wise

- mdexx Magnetronic Devices was created on 1st October 2004 from what had been the Siemens AG Magnetronic Devices Division.
