We feel obliged to conserve our environment and to use natural resources sparingly. This also applies to manufacturing processes, as well as to our products. The repercussions for humans and the environment are even taken into consideration during the development of our products. We integrate our customers, suppliers and external companies into our environmental policy and guidelines. We make an effort to prevent environmental pollution, also beyond the applicable regulations, or reduce it to a minimum. The management system regulates our processes. Aspiring towards continuous improvement ensures environmental protection and the quality of our business, as well as our products. All production processes comply to the standards of DIN ISO 14001. The company is a member of the Bremer Environment and Companies‘ Partnership (PUU). |

The integration of disabled people is much-discussed subject in many political and economical aspects. But unfortunately these are often only empty words. This This isn‘t the case at mdexx Magnetronic Devices.
For 20 years mdexx has had close links with Martinshof in Bremen, one of the largest sheltered workshops for challenged persons in Germany. A sponsored facility, which enables the integration of disabled people into economy and state companies by providing them with appropriate jobs and individual assistance. For mdexx the employees at Martinshof are an integral part of the workforce in the production process. Motivated, dedicated and reliable: these people make a valuable contribution to our success. |
